EFFECT OF CYTOFLAVIN ON THE MYOELECTRIC ACTIVITY OF THE GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT IN PATIENTS WITH SEVERE CONCOMITANT INJUR

Sadulaev D.S., Bagnenko S.F., Dubikaitis P.A., Alimov R.R., Lapitsky A.V.

Abstract

In an observational study of patients with severe concomitant injury (SCI) (n=80) revealed violations of myoelectric activity of gastrointestinal tract (GIT) show a decrease in the total electrical activity and discoordination electrical activity of its departments. The use of antihypoxants in treatment of heavy concomitant injury promotes normalization of the indicators. The use of antihypoxants normalized EMG myoelectric activity, in particular eliminates the imbalance of power between the stomach, duodenum and other GI departments.

HEART RATE VARIABILITY AND STABILOMETRY OF SAILORS IN THE DYNAMICS OF THE ARCTIC VOYAGE

Ishekov A.N., Ishekov N.S.

Abstract

In the article are given indices heart rate variability and stabilometry during arctic voyage at the members of the expedition and the crew scientific-research ship. There were significant differences in 20 -day dynamics between groups, reflecting the increase of adaptive changes in the system due to the prevalent of the activity of the parasympathetic path of the ANS involved in regulating heart rhythm, and the vestibular system. These correlations between parameters can be used to assess the risk impact of extreme sea conditions.

MOBILE EQUIPMENT AND METHODS OF CONTROL HEALTH OPERATORS MAN-MACHINE SYSTEMS IN TERMS OF SEA VOYAGES

Koval V.T., Golishevsky D.V., Nightingale A.E., Zayats G.A.

Abstract

The authors identified methodological approaches to the possibility of functional diagnosis of the state of health human operators as elements of human-machine systems with dynamic interaction between man and technology. As of the operators were evaluated seafarers Russian Navy and its state of health. The important role of cardiovascular disease (CVD). One-third of cases of CVD sailors develop suddenly. This often leads to disruption of management and exploitation of important errors in human-machine systems. The influence of health operators in man-machine systems for reliable operation of systems. Proposed new criteria for evaluating the specific amount of blood per unit mass of tissue organs. The authors have developed a new non-invasive method for non-contact measurement of blood flow parameters on the basis of magnetic sensors. Proposed devices and functional analysis method for the operator, confirmed experimentally using large cohorts of healthy groups of seafarers.

OXYGEN-HELIUM THERAPY FOR TREATING ACCIDENTAL HYPOTHERMI

Pavlov N.B., Grishin V.I., Logunov A.T., Kuznetsova T.Y.

Abstract

The problem of rewarming of victims having symptoms of overcooling is discussed in the context of the general procedures of evacuation and resuscitation. Ventilation with warmed oxygen-helium mixtures is suggested as the most effective method for application at a site where overcooling has occurred. Theoretical background for, experiments with, and field trials of dedicated equipment for such ventilation are reviewed. The available technical solutions are shown to be highly efficient in high-temperature ventilation with oxygen-helium mixtures used to ameliorate the consequences of accidental hypothermia. Exemplary case reports are provided.

IMPROVEMENT OF COMPLETE AND ORGANIC EQUIPMENT FOR FIRST-AID TREATMENT IN NAVY

Mishin Y.A., Zabrodskiy D.S., Merkulov A.V.

Abstract

Presents data time spent on performing methods (actions) on first-aid for temporary stop external bleeding and temporary immobilization of limb fractures in untrained contingent of soldiers. Comparative analysis of time spent on performing methods (actions) for first aid when using equipment, adopted on supply and prospective samples, produced by LLC «Medplant» and LLC «NPF Medical equipment». Measurements of time spent on performing methods (actions) temporary stop bleeding and temporary immobilization of limb fractures was carried out after the session and a single workout. Reliable data were obtained (р<0,05), and that the time required to perform the methods (actions) first aid using the presented samples promising equipment is lower than using standard complete-service equipment. Using a sample of production of LLC «Medplant» and LLC «NPF Medical equipment» allowed untrained contingent of soldiers to meet the minimum standard for military medical training.

Abstract

The review that dedicated by sea work specific agreed different climate geographic factors was made. It’s shown a sailor health and work ability accordingly undergoes from different climate geographic factors. A major impact from this one is temperature, air physical and chemical properties and photoperiods. Natural sea environments make a high demand to homeostatic human system and can effect a development of premorbid and pathologic conditions. A studying of this factor effects to organism is actual medical and social problem for tasks solution in health and work ability saving of sailors.
