Abstract
The article explains the issues of implementation, upgrade and support of algorithms for analysis of large data sets, which are hidden from the end user. It is shown that, to create a universal platform of data mining using scalable computing resources for health management in the Navy requires the development of information-analytical core of intelligent system of high-performance analysis of large amounts of data that will successfully work as a developer of services for the creation of the health management system in the Navy (providing the environment and processing power for debugging and research of parallel and distributed versions of the algorithm, as well as a framework and a development tool for local development and debugging of algorithms) and analysts (providing services of data mining by various methods, data processing (conversion, cleaning, etc. etc.) to «unlimited» computing resources.
